Default Resource management / how to organize it ?

Hello,

I'd like to test zimbra's resource management feature in order to let users book resources easily (for our videoprojectors, laptops, etc).

The ability to accept/refuse manually the reservations would be ideal, but I've not found a good way to manage our situation.

The persons (2) in charge of accepting/declining the reservations aren't admins, so they'll have to log in to the different resource accounts to check for bookings, and eventually accept them.

Isn't there a better way to do this ?

Have you tried to share the inbox of the resource for the two users (as managers of the shared resource)?

Yes, I've tried that but in this case, the "Decline" / "Accept" options are not shown.
