Whish for mobile Mail

i have a wish for Mailfilter.
Is it posible, to create filter send mail < 10MB send to ...

and

if mail > 10 mb cut attachement and send to ...

This can be done in the web client. Filters support filtering on size. Also, most mobile phones have a setting that will not download more than some bytes from each mail.
