Default Why no Mandriva Version anymore?

I found this on zimbra.com website.

Quote:
Operating Systems Available

Zimbra Server is available for many popular operating systems: Red Hat Enterprise, Fedora, Ubuntu, Debian, Mandriva, and SUSE Linux
Mandriva is one of the leading Linux distributions and there was also a Zimbra Version for Mandriva for a long time. But why was the Mandriva Support dropped? It would be very very nice to see a Mandriva Version again!
I think there are many people worldwide who are also using Mandriva based servers.
In our office we have three Mandriva Free Edition based server in a production environment for some years now and they rock!

Zimbra collect download statistics for each OS so I guess not many people were requesting it. Maintaining and supporting multiple distros does take a huge amount of effort; so if no demand for that particular flavour then no doubt that will be the first one to be dropped.

But wouldn't it be easier to make only one package supporting all RPM based major distros? If Zimbra is LSB compatible it should work on RedHat, Fedora, Mandriva, Suse... Or are there big differents between Suse, Mandriva and Redhat?
