Microsoft Exchange Hosted Encryption Attachments -- Smartzone email

Hi,

I requested a document from my auto insurance company. They sent it as a Microsoft Exchange Hosted Encryption document via email. I use Comcast email with Smartzone. How can I open the attachment?

A troubleshooter with the attachment says to set up email to show attachments inline. I can't find that option in preferences or tools.
