User Login Failing?

Having now managed to get ZCS zcs-5.0.14_GA_2863.MACOSX.20090312150311 up and running I'm trying to login as a user via a web browser in an effort to setup the calendars:

http://mail.tinhorsedesign.com/zimbra/mail

Having tried Firefox 2.0.20, Firefox 3.0.10, Safari 3.2.3 and Camino 1.6.7 I am either getting a blank window returned by FF2 and FF3, or:

Camino Error:

HTTP ERROR: 404

NOT_FOUND

RequestURI=/zimbra/mai

Safari Error:

Safari can’t open the page.
Safari can’t open the page “http://mail.tinhorsedesign.com/zimbra/mail” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection, which sometimes occurs when the server is busy. You might be able to open the page later.

I would appreciate any assistance anyone might be able to provide to help resolve this issue.
