Default Calendar popups

Hi,

after trying the demo (calendar part), I found one issue:

the calendar indeed shows a popup when a meeting is near, but the popup is an in-browser popup. What this means is thta if you're busy working in eg. openoffice (or excell ... ), that you will not see the popup.
So my question is: is this setting configurable? Can we have a real javascript popup, that in facts alerts the user even when the browser is not the currently active program?

Hi Franky,
Welcome.

I would file a bugzilla feature request.

Popup windows.

I'm ready to roll out a Zimbra install (possibly NEtwork edition) unfortunately one thing stands in my way. POPUPS

I noticed this mentioned in 2005 but still no fix? or something I'm missing. We NEEED annoying popups for zimbra. News help? I actually want it to popup, do a little dance and sing a little tune.

Thanks.
