Default Foreign characters displayed in the subject line of emails.

Hello world -

Ŭ·¡½º] "Ä£website.com±¸µé¿¡°Ô

The subject is suppose to be written in Korean / English but sometimes displayed in the subject line of emails are foreign characters mixed in with the actual subject message.

I check the settings and everything is displayed as HTML and the Default Charset is set to UTF-8

Hopefully someone has came across this and can shed some light for me. Ill be checking back in-case additional information is needed.

Thanks again,
TL
