Question Mysql CPU load

Hello everybody,

I am using zimbra opensource on FC4. mysql is always showing 99% cpu usage
Pls suggest whats wron ?

Check the myslow logs in the log directory. How much memory do you have?

Are you using DSPAM? I have noticed that the CPU load can spike significantly if you use DSPAM and Mysql according to the old directions...

i have 1GB ECC MEM, the size of my logger_myslow.log is 2gb. I deleted the same and again its grown upto 19Mb since last 2 days.

You could disable the logger cron tasks. This should stop the CPU usage but won't allow you to query the logs.
