Default sent items with subfolders -> column missing

Hi there!

We've got a little "problem" here with the webclient.

Some users of our company organize even their "sent items" folder with subfolders. But in those subfolders the "to:" column is missing , or to be more precisely instead of the "to:" column the "from:" column is shown.
This isn't that informative in the sent items folder , isn't it? It seems that there is a standard set of columns which are shown for a subfolder, regardless which type the root folder got.

Any hints, or should we consider this as a bug ?

Bye,

Markus

Just test myself and it looks okay ... Which skin are they using ? And if you try a different one is it okay ?

Hi!

We're are using the 'yahoo' skin (with slightly modified header) , but even if I change the skin, the problem remains.
When choosing the 'sent folder' , the 'To' column is shown, when choosing a subfolder inside the 'sent folder' the 'From' column is shown.

Update:

Just changed language from german to english, and problem is gone and the right column is shown in subfolders. It seems to be some kind of translation bug.
Not only the wrong column-title is shown but the whole wrong column including the content !

Update2:

Checked more language, and the problem stays. Only the the english versions seem to be right even in subfolders.
In other languages (french, spanish, german) the column changes in subfolders of the 'sent items' folder.

Hi Bernhard,

we also thought about filing a bug, but I haven't any experience with those bugtracker thingie, e.g. filing a bug ;-)

I think this problem not only effect the german localisation but every localisation expect the english ones.

I will vote for it right now ..

Markus

There's only one way to file a bug report, jump in at the deep end and do it. Without bug reports your problems will go unresolved.

As you're an NE customer you should open a support case and give them the bug number and ask support to attach your case to that report (you should also vote on it).
