Custom keyboard shortcuts - possible?

Is there a way to define custom keyboard shortcuts for some of the HTML editing buttons? I use the bullet points and "shift-bullet-point-left" and "shift-bullet-point-right" buttons all the time, so much so that a keyboard shortcut would be a big timesaver for me.

Agreed! The only thing I can see working on this function is after manually indenting right, hitting the backspace key will move it up one level at a time. There is no way to move down levels.
