Red face Documents and inserted files/images

Using the Documents feature of zimbra allows me to insert a file or an image in the wiki page. But where are these stored? I have 2 issues I am seeing that make me ask this question.

First is if an image is removed from a document the file still exists where ever it was put. This becomes apparent when a user tries to upload another image by the same name. Of course a user can overwrite the original but how do we delete the ones that have been uploaded which are no longer needed?

Second if I include an image or a file I am immediately asked to login again. Why? Anytime I go back to the document to view or edit it I cannot see the images/files until I authenticate again... Is this normal? Is there some way to prevent this sort of unexpected behavior?

Also I noticed that I can right click on a Notebook and get a menu with a browse option. But selecting the browse option for any notebook loads a blank page producing the error 'No such folder exists'.

This issue is discussed in bug Bug 20025 – attachement in doc not deleted - upload conflict dialog displayed
and bug Bug 33040 – attachments not shown in Browse view of notebook

Thanks, though that doesn't seem to help me as both bugs are closed. One of them says that it is fixed in 5.0.12 but I am running 5.0.12 Network Edition and cannot see attahcments via browse.

I am having the same issue. We are running 5.0.17 NE for RHEL4.

This seems to be a new issue for us. Does anyone know of a quick fix or workaround?

We are also getting prompted for username/password when clicking on a page that contains an image. It actually prompted for every single image that loads on the page.
