Default Parsing of Signatures

Hi, we have a guy here who wants to put the following line in his signature :

Temp$123456

When he does this, and he drops his signature into his email, this one line comes out
Temp123456 (the $ is parsed out)

Is there a reason for this? Is there more going into signatures than just text dumping?

Welcome to the forums

I have tried this and it does not remove the $ sign.

If you would update your profile with the output of the following command so we can see which version of ZCS you are running.
Code:
su - zimbra
zmcontrol -v
