Group Calendar?

I am testing Zimbra (3.1.0_GA_332.RHEL4 Apr 14, 2006) and am wondering how to do the following:

Setup a reminder for appointments
Setup a group calendar

Reminder configuration is done in the options. It is set by default to remind you 5 minutes before an event.

To setup a group calendar I would suggest creating a brand new calendar then sharing it out to individuals, and granting them the appropriate priviledges.
