What is you try HTTP mode? Also make sure port 443 is open on your firewall.

    Default Same issue

I have the same problem and error code. I am running in https mode and have port 443 open along with imaps (993). I am running enterprise 3.1.2. Imap sync works fine. No activesync.

Matt - Are you running the Network Edition? If so anything in sync.log?

    Default same issue

I am running Network Edition and the only thing written in the sync.log is a reference to the last time the service was stopped and started. What port(s) (if any) should be open for this service?
