Default Date format recognition

Hi all,

My company uses Zimbra NE 5.0.12 and we're wondering if it is possible to alter the format off dates that Zimbra will recognise in an email and turn into links into your calendar.

For example, at the moment Zimbra recognises the "Apr" bit from "12 Apr 2009" and if you click "Apr" it takes you from the email view to the 1st of April in your calendar. It does not, however, recognise a UK date like "02/04/2009" which is where I think it would be most useful.

Is there a way to alter the format of dates Zimbra can recognise? Failing that, is there a way to find out what formats of date are preprogrammed? If this was known I could alter the software creating the dates in question.

Thanks,
Jon

Question

+1 on this issue from me also, Zimbra seems to lack severely in this particular item. Also, anytime someone may use the word 'may', Zimbra thinks it links to May 1st.

Does anyone have an idea about where the logic is that handles this?
