Try adding a \ to escape the ' in those strings. You should post in the thread where you got the translation so the author can make changes.

I try filterErrorCondition = La condition "{0}" manque d\'une ou plusieurs valeurs.

but it does not work, I think it's a bug in the soft because there is a lot of variables with ' and all is ok, for example :
awayMessage = Message d'absence
awayMessageEnabled = Message d'absence activ\u00e9
...
