Default How do I stop server side mail filtering?

Can anyone help me to stop "hidden" server side filtering of my emails from occuring?

Ever since Zimbra took over hosting my email from Homestead I have had no end of problems with emails being blocked server side and I only find out later when my family or credit card company contact me in other ways. I have tried setting up numerous mail rules to keep/place the emials in my inbox but this is still not resolving the issue. However, spam seems to have no problem finding my inbox....in fact, since Zimbra has been hosting my email, the level of spam hitting my inbox has grown to rediculous levels - something I had very little trouble with with my previous email hosting.

Welcome to the forums

You would need to speak to the Zimbra Administrator, at your hosting company, to ascertain what content scanning they have in place. Every provider has different rules and it would be incorrect of us to speculate what is happening to your email.
