Integrating Zimbra with Webhost Provider

Hi.

I haven't seen any email server/collaboration suite better than zimbra. That being said, we want to replace our main MTA or mailserver used with our hosting business with zimbra NE. My only concern is we use a control panel for automating signups and new account creations. Is there a way to integrate Zimbra with such?

We are migrating to HostingController but they do not support zimbra currently, so I'm not sure if there's a way to have an auto signup or auto account creation with Zimbra...

Please advice.
