Outlook free busy lookup - tenative status

Hi,

I'm looking at the Outlook integration for published free busy information. To my pleasant surprise it all *just worked*. However I notice that when looking at the free-busy status for an attendee in Zimbra the status for a timeslot is tentative which is correct) when viewing it under outlook 2003 (no Zimbra connector or anything like that ...) it shows as busy.

Anyone else seen this?, known problem?

Did you configure the URL to get free/busy from Zimbra? If so paste the URL you configured here.

Maybe free/busy is just that and doesn't give more details. Can you fetch the free/busy for that user and see what the result from zimbra is?

the server isn't returning the correct FBTYPE. New bug:

So I haven't accepted any of these meetings, and in Zimbra this defaults to a tentative meeting in my free busy list. (see screenshot)

With the FB URL a FBTYPE of BUSY-TENTATIVE is returned. This is right

But in Outlook (see screenshot) it's shown as BUSY, I'm inclined to blame MS for this one ...

even if outlook renders all FBTYPE's as busy the zimbra server should return the appropriate FBTYPE, so others can make use of the data appropriately. currently, it only returns BUSY-TENTATIVE (see the bug report above).

Interestingly enough Outlook still reports Busy ... - guess they just check for existance eh? Must have given the job to the newbie ...
