I'm trying to search for all messages To/From certain domains. When I use the Domain filter under advanced search, I don't see all of the domains I'm looking for. However, if I search for a specific email address for the domains, it works. I've tried reindexing the mailbox, but that didn't work.
Question, what controls the list of domains that show up? More importantly, can I get the list to populate with all of the domains I've sent to or received from?

Just thought I'd bump this thread...
If you click the To checkbox aswell does the list show all the domains ?
They're not in the list, but if I type the name in the search box, it find them.
Let me ask this, does this sound like a bug or does it appear to be a problem particular to my installation?
File it ... and hopefully the developers will be able to explain how it works :)

By "the search box" I presume you mean the search that is part of the domain advanced search and not the main quick search box at the top of the Zimbra window. I'd suggest enabling the Preferences/General setting "Show advanced search language in search toolbar." You can see the command syntax and you can just type in the domains you need (and save the search if you want to execute it again). Zimbra appears to allow 2 domain search panes to be opened in case that helps.
In fiddling with this, I noticed that if you have the Preferences/General setting "Include Junk Folder in Searches" disabled, the domains that are only in the Junk folder will show up in the list of domains, but if you click the domain name, no results appear (as expected).
