Signature limit set to 1024

Hi everyone!
I'm new on this and before you think this may be a duplicated thread, I can tell I found some threads talking about this issue, but none from this point of view.

First of all, I'm a user, I have no access to the servers or the installed files to change anything that is not allowed from the user interface.

The exact error I'm getting when I'm trying to save an HTML signature (with an small image and everything) is:

ZimbraPrefMailSignaure is longer than the limit value 1024

I checked the version I'm running, and it is 5.0.11_GA_2696.RHEL4 If that helps...

Is there any way to change the 1024 limit being just a regular user or do I have to ask an administrator to do it?

It will really help if I can solve it myself...

Unfortunately I believe that you shall need to speak to your ZCS Administrator for this to be changed.

in the meantime i try to grep configuration output for 1024
