Default Web client Drafts(2) but folder empty

Hi, for the last few weeks, one of my user's Drafts folder is bold and claims that there are 2 drafts, but clicking on the folder reveals that it's empty. I found that this problem can be due to IMAP/Thunderbird but he's using the Zimbra web client and tried both the Standard and Advanced versions. Is there a way to reset the folder back to normal? Thanks.

Desktop: Windows Vista
Browser: Mozilla Firefox
Zimbra: 5.0.11_GA_2695.RHEL4_64.NETWORK

Go into the Admin GUI and re-index their account. Hopefully that should resolve the issue.

Thanks, but that didn't solve the problem. Hmm.

I've had the same problem with various users, usually after using imapsync from our old server to Zimbra. Emptying the trash usually fixes it. If the trash is already empty, I'll delete a message and then empty the trash.

Hope that helps!

Thanks, I had this problem too and deleting/emptying trash worked for me.

is this issue already tracked in bugzilla? Most of my users access mail through thunderbird so I haven't stumbled upon this issue until now.

Or is this a 5.x thing that was already fixed in 6?
