Unable to View/Edit Pages Inside of Notebooks

Unable to view or edit a created page inside of the Notebook feature.

I have created a top level Notebook "Zimbra Tools" and a sub Notebook called "Sharing Folders", inside of this folder I created a page called "Page 1", inserted my text into the newly created page, saved the page. When I attempt to edit this page, the edit button is grayed out, and only the first line is displayed, and it is also grayed.

Another symptom, we had Documents in versions 4.5.6 that worked ok, but this same issue applies to those previously existing documents after the upgrade to 5.0.11.
