Incoming Mail Filter with modifier for Blackberry/Mobile email user?

Relative newbie here. I've been experimenting with users who also use Blackberry devices, with the idea that an Auto BCC from the BIS email server should get routed into the Sent items folder. I filter based on the following:

Header named: Received Contains: bis.na.blackberry.com

AND

From: Contains: user

It works perfectly to this point. Now what I need to do is change the recipient. When you select the email, the top of the preview pane shows the correct recipient, and the correct sender, but the email list has them reversed. Is there any way to have the filter or a secondary process that is triggered by the filter modify the email so it displays correctly in the list?
