some questions about business contact

I have some questions about the use of the contacts in the zimbra web client:

• When I try to make a search in business contacts without specify any string in the input box and press the search button it not display any result but if I type a blank space in he input box the list of all company contacts
  is displaied. Is possible to avoid this problem?
  
• Is possible to view all the details of business contacts?
  
• is possible add more attributes to business contacts (like fax or other information)?
  
• can I display in the left column in the box of address book olso company contacts link?
  
• it is possible to set as default business contact in the search bar of contacts tabs ?
