[SOLVED] External Mail

I added external email accounts. I was delighted to see that I can have it put mail in a specific folder. If I'm selected on any random folder I can click "Get Mail." If I'm selected on one of the external mail folders that button changes to "Get External Mail."

Now... Is there any way I can have external email checked automatically when I'm not logged into Zimbra?

I tend to use alpine when I'm on battery so it would be nice if I didn't have to fire up firefox to get the external mail.
