How to download attachments?

I can't seem to download attachments, only view them as HTML.

I have the following in the user's account:

Features -> Viewing attachments as HTML -> unchecked
Advanced -> Convert attachments to HTML for viewing -> unchecked

But when I click on an attachment in the web client, it renders as HTML.

Any thoughts?

Depends on the attachment but have you tried right-click/save-as?

All that seemed to do for me is save the HTML-converted version.

You you clicking on the attachment name of on the 'View as HTML' link that is to the right of the real attachment name?

Clicking on the attachment name. I do not see a 'View as HTML' link.

Can you verify that both your COS and user have these set:

Features -> Viewing attachments as HTML -> unchecked
Advanced -> Convert attachments to HTML for viewing -> unchecked

Yes, for both the user and the class of service (default).

Have you tested with a new message that came in after those setting had been set that way?

Can you run "zmprov ga <email address>" to verify the settings.
