Default Enhancements

Please everyone, if you think something needs to be added or changed spend some time in Bugzilla and do something about it. Zimbra completely ignores your cries unless there is some volume behind a request or someone just happens to look at and think your idea is good. I have 13 bugs and enhancements in the system. If you like or have any of the ones I have listed below please vote for them or add your own. In order to have a voice you need to go here: Bugzilla Main Page
-Thanks

32253 Selecting folders for Copy to Self
32716 Copy paste loses formatting with Firefox
32718 Contact picker should allow insight into all addressbooks
32743 Tab when editing erratic.
32395 Mechanism for blocking failed attempts by IP POP server
32396 Method for time block after failed POP access
24008 Popup notification behavior
24010 Notifier should have an option to stay on top until acknowledged or sent to background via minimize option
24011 Toaster arbitrarily reporting new mail
21420 New Extension Add/Remove
21527 Most recently used
21528 Default Search
21997 It would be nice if checked boxes held their state.

Do you really believe that?

I get every single bug. Every single one. So do others. If it's a bug, we target. If it's an enhancement, votes count.

Also, you submitted support cases on these, so we'll certainly look at them.

I don't feel that I stated anything inaccurate.
Just because a bug report is received doesn't indicate action is occurring or will occur.
How many reported bugs sit in unconfirmed status for months on end?
In many cases by the time they are looked at, new releases are out and the bug no longer
exists. That's great in that it gets fixed but there is no workaround or even acknowledgment to the original reporter other than 'works for me'. Of course it
does, it's been fixed. As far as enhancements, if votes count then enhancements with little or no votes are in fact ignored or marginalized, thus the need to campaign for your change or fix and the reason for my post.

If this perception is in error then I apologize, but surely I'm not the only one that sees it this way.

tgx I don't think your perception is flawed, but the RFE votes seem to matter very little as well. I mean there are top rated RFE's that are years old without a resolution.

And support can be very sketchy, I've had an issue since the beginning of 2007 that was escalated to Sam Khavari that still hasn't been addressed. Support is only good in a system down situation and sometimes due to time zones you'll get it sorted yourself.

I love ZCO and think it's a great product and fills a badly needed slot in the market, however I think the company itself needs some work.

Well this is what I feared...and actually suspected.
