Default Empty trash folder function configuration

Hi all,
I wondered if it was possible to configure the delay between 2 trash cleaning.
I put several folders in the trash folder, but it seems to be very long to clean the trash folder.
What is the default delay ?

Yes, have a look in the Admin Console COS/Advanced tab.

ok I found.
Is the trash folder immediatly cleaned if I select the Empty trash function onto it ?
If not, I think it would be a great functionnality : the trash folder is automatically cleaned as configured in the COS, but the user could force the trash cleaning ...

Yes, if you right-click on the Trash folder and emty trash then the mail is deleted - a user can do that for his own trash folder.

For me, it doesn't work ... what can I do ?
The folders deleted come from an IMAPsync synchronisation. Is this problem related ?

In the web UI? Try to empty trash. If it doesn't work reload the client ctrl-F5 in firefox and make sure they are really there.

If that still doesn't work try a tomcat restart to see if something is cached incorrectly.

After restarting tomcat, always the same problem.

The different folders are always in the Trash folder, and by right clicking on the Empty trash contextual menu, there's nothing more ...

Moreover, I've configured the trash to empty every 2 hours, but it doesn't work.

Have you any other idea ?

Do you see the folders in IMAP? Can you empty the trash with Thunderbird?
