Problem in local deliver

Hi, i have zimbra running for a week (testing still) and this last satuday i just had my first problem with the server, it suddenly stopped delivering locally.

the external mail reached the server but didnt get into the local mailbox, i got this messages in the log :

- mail transport unavailable
- delivery temporarily suspended: conversation with mail.pandero.com.pe[192.168.1.247] timed out while receiving the initial server greeting

once i rebooted the mails started to deliver normallly, any ideas on what just happened?

Did you get any further detailed error messages in /var/log/zimbra.log ?

i cant look now, the log got deleted it was on last friday.
i guess there is no way to know more about the issue now =\
