Attached Images 5.0.10

Dear ALL,

We are using Zimbra 5.0.10 upgraded from 5.0.9 / Centos 5.2
Desktop openSuSE 11, Firefox 3.0.3, Zimbra Desktop 0_90_build_1278.

This status applies for webclient and zDesktop.
Zimbra configured to use https redirect.

When attaching an image and allow it to show in the message body, it show ok, but after saving the message as dratf and edit it again the image did not show, a place holder appear show there is an image here, this also applies for sent items.
We noticed this on 5.0.9 and also 5.0.10.

please advise ...
