Question on calender

We just started using open source version on FC4 and have a few quesiton on Zimbra's calender. I went back to old threats and found a few answers and could not find for those below. I also realize that some of those may be avaliable on Enterprise version. I would appreciate if anyone can give me suggestions.

1. Can shared calenders be grouped? It would be nice if I can choose people from same department with 1 click rather than clicking 1 by 1.
I also like to see 'select' and 'unselect all' button or box.

2. Save the current view - every time I logged off and back on to the calender, only my calender is checked to be viewed. It would be nice if the last view is automatically saved or an user can set up the default view in the setup.
