[SOLVED] User Can't Send Message To Themselves

We have one user that attempts to send a message to themselves. The message doesn't show up in the inbox. It shows up in the sent folder but that's it. The logs show that it gets delivered and doesn't show an error message.

This started happening once the user used 100 percent of their quota yesterday. I am not sure if that is what caused it. They are now under 60 percent of their quota. I have also re-indexed the mailbox but that hasn't helped. Any Ideas?

Preferences > Mail > Receiving Messages > Messages from me -- make sure it's not set to "Ignore message".
