Default import csv contact list to zimbra

hello,
I'm trying to import a csv contact list I made from Act 2007.
I can see it fine via excel, it has comma seperation.

However, when I try to import it to zimbra from a user's login via preferences/contacts I get error.

I'm guessing the field names aren't what zimbra likes. What are the field names zimbra likes and what order should they be in?

Thank you,

Oskar

Have a look at the Import and Export of Contacts wiki page. What I've found from past experience is that you don't need to have the columns in any specific order and you don't need to have every field, but you must have a heading line, and the names of the columns must match the ones listed in the wiki exactly.

is the heading line the first row which has all the field names in it?
I just want to be sure.

Thanks,

Oskar

Yes, the first line of the file should contain the field names.
