Default View calendar information without sharing

Hello everyone,

When making an appointment, we can see if a resource/person/location is free or busy through the program tab, but is there a way to know who booked a location or resource ? Some of our users would like to do this, for example to ask the person who booked a resource if it is possible to move his reservation because of an important meeting.

Thanks in advance !

Default Workaround

i also would like to be able to give my users this ability. One way to get around it it is to share the resources' calendars, then have the users add the resource calendars to their list of calendars. Then they can see who has reserved a room or piece of equipment. Not a very satisfactory solution however.

There is a Bugzilla entry for this: Bug 13443 – Resources and locations should display organizer of conflicting meetings
