Default Copy instead of move

Once upon a time in Zimbra I was able to hold shift down and make a copy of an email from one folder to another. Doesn't seem to work anymore in 5.0.10. How do I copy an email instead of moving it?

Default how to copy a message to another folder, instead of moving it

I'm looking for an answer to that one, too. We are using version 5.0.9_GA_2533. Thanks!

Bit surprised the Zimbra guys haven't commented on this one. The only way to do it now would be to forward back to yourself, but that wrecks the headers or create a shared email area where you can copy the mail (holding shift) and then move (without holding shift) back to your local destination folder.
