Search importance:high

I'd like a saved search of mails with high importance, but there doesn't seem to be a search keyword for importance. Is there another way, perhaps by searching directly for a header?

I don't think we index that at the moment:
Bug 21632 - Add ability to search by priority
Bug 21631 - Add ability to sort by priority
