Tasks from Outlook & Reminders

The best features of outlook was the tasks and reminders. We have just deployed a solution to 30 users and that is all they talk about.

Adding Tasks and pop-ups for reminders would make a huge difference in the gap between exchange and outlook vs Zimbra.

Any comments or updates on coming features would be appreciated.

Please try search. This comes up every day or two so should have been easy to find. We are working on reminders for the next release. Tasks are longer off. If you need more frequent updates might want to add your email to the cc on the bugs in bugzilla.

I think that pretty much sums it up for you Silurius.

They aren't there now... it appears they won't be there in the next release so your looking at a 3-6 month timeframe or slightly longer depending on changes in the development cycle and about 10,000 other possible things that can hold up feature development in any software development company.

As suggested, register at Bugzilla and add yourself to the cc list for the appropriate bugs so that you receive updated information on support for the tasks feature.

Also once registered in Bugzilla you can also *vote* on a given bug/enhancement request, which helps affect the prioritization....
