Default Documents problem

I cannot figure out how to use the documents tab. When I click on it, a small documents folder shows up on the panel, and it tells me I have 3 documents in it when I scroll over it, but I can't find the actual documents to open and use them. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks.

You should be able to just click on the name of the document to open it up..

EDIT: You may have to click on the notebook on the left side (where it says you have 3 documents when you mouse-over).

It shows absolutely nothing except a notebook. I've clicked everywhere even though there's nothing to click on. Just a notebook, it doesn't open, and there is no list of documents in the notebook. It only says 3 documents when I scroll over it. I can't see them.

Hmm.. Do you get the New, Refresh, Edit, etc. buttons along the top just below the list of tabs?

Not sure. My login is here: Lycos Domains Webmail

You're welcome to take a look; I have nothing private in there, at the moment, and I can change the login.

Hmm.. yeah, looks like the Documents feature is broken on your hosting provider's side. It looks like they might be proxying it and have some problems with that.
