 Issues with Notebook
I have a user who is experiencing some issues with his notebook. He has uploaded his file into Zimbra and when he goes to open the file in his notebook it instantly throws this error:
msg: no such document: -1
code: mail.NO_SUCH_DOC
method: GetItemRequest
detail: soap:Sender
data: [object Object]
trace: btpool0-33100:1219180418924:48842a86264683be
Did some poking around and didn't find much.
I am having him re-upload the file and seeing if this fixes the issue. Thought I would draw some attention to this issue and will let you know if the re-import fixes it.
If anyone has seen this before or has a fix let me know
