mail prefernces forgotten

my company has just started using zimbra a week ago. about 6 people have experienced their mail preferences keep resetting. Especially the option to open mails in a new window.

Is this a know issue, any ideas on a fix?

What version of Zimbra did you install along with on what kind of operating systems/server are you running on?

Zimbra 5.0.7 on Ubuntu

Has it been doing it randomly or has it been whenever they log out of Zimbra that causes the changes? Does there seem to be a pattern I guess is my question

it seems pretty random. Its not when you log out. Ive definatly had it without logging off or closing firefox.

It could possibly be caused by changing different settings. I have tried playing with the prefernces repetedly to make it happen, but couldn't. But since everyone is quite new at using zimbra it is likely that we have all been going to prefernces frequently. But my collegue swears it just started happening when she didn't change anything.

Ive found the reason. I have double click on message to open as a pop up, and pop up mail replies set in preferences.

If I open a mail in a new window, then press 'r' to reply. I get a new pop up window that just says loadind (insteadof replying) this also resets my mail prefernces.
