Default mail with attachment over 1M
One of our users reports, the emails with over 1MB attachment will be put into Junck folder automatically without any setting, even those mails are not Spam or Junck. How to fix this problem?

Could you/they right click > 'show original' on the email and provide the X-Spam headers?
