Briefcase Maximum Characters

I have a user who uploaded a file to their briefcase that had at least 50 characters in the title and when they they tried to open the file it was throwing a HTTP 404 error and said the file did not exist. After they uploaded the file to the briefcase they ended up deleting the file off of the computer. I managed to get a-hold of the file and download it. I took out half of the characters in the title re-uploaded and it worked with no issues.

I was just wondering if there is a maximum amount of characters for a title on items within the briefcase?

Just thought I would bring this to your attention.
