Calendar Share Admin Rights

I have a user (Mike) who is trying to give admin rights on their calendar to another user (Jen). When Mike makes Jen an Admin, then Jen looks at her share rights, it will show that she has all rights. When she goes to create an event, it won't let her. If she goes back to look at the share properties, she only has View rights.

I can duplicate the problem, when I go in the admin interface, and share Mike's calendar with me. At first, it looks like all the rights are there, but if I wait about 15 minutes, my only permission is view.

Manger seems to work fine, I only have the problem with Admin.

Both users are using Windows XP and firefox (2 or 3?). I am using Ubuntu 8.04 32-bit and Firefox 3.01
