Default TO: "Show names from"

My internet provider just switched to this email client. I am having a problem with my address book. I have imported my addresses into Zimbra and that worked just fine. However when I compose a new message and click on the "TO" field they tell me that in the window that pops up to select addresses that I should see a pull down window on the right hand side that says "Show addresses from". I do not have that pull down window. Is there some setting or preference I need to change so that I can see that pull down?

I want to be able to see just the names in a particular address book. What I see is every address no matter what address book they are in. If anyone can provide me with a work around for this, I would appreciate it.

Have you got any pop-up or script blockers in your browser? Which browser is this? You might need to contact your ISPs help desk for this problem.

My pop up blockers are turned off. I already talked to my ISP help desk and they had no clue...I don't think the support person even believed me when I told him that I didn't have the "show names from" drop down. I have emailed them a screen shot to prove what I was saying but I'm not expecting much help there....I was hoping to get better help here! :-)

I've tried this on three different computers. Two are running XP and one is running Linux. On the XP computers I have IE6 or IE7. The Linux workstation is running Firefox. I don't have firewalls set on any of the 3 workstations.
