Email in Separate Window but no options available

I am using Both Zimbra Desktop & Web interface. In both interfaces, I can open an email in a separate window, but then I don't get options like Forward, Reply, Delete, Reply to All.

So it is not possible to work on different emails consecutively.
I have checked this on the latest ZCS version also, but the options are not available there also.

Is this something which will be added as a feature in near future?
