We have a user that reported her receive dates on her messaged changed for no reason. ie. (in the message itself it says the message was send on jun 23rd of 08) but in her inbox where all her messages are it says the message was received on July 12th.
I looked around the forums and didn't see anything. Any input would be great.
P.S. She was using outlook at the time of the instance but all of her messages on the server side have changed as well.

Check the date and time on the sending machine. Its date and time may be set wrong.
Date and Times are correct... Its pulling good again it was just those few days that it did it so im not entirely sure what happened those few days. But would still like to have those back to being correct again
What may have happened is that the user dragged all the maill off the Zimbra server and onto the local server. Then they dragged the mail right back. This probably would have pounded your server.
While the messages are the same, the "Received" date would have been reset on the copy back to Zimbra. (Good IMAP clients preserve that date on a client-to-server copy, but Outlook isn't a good IMAP client.) The only good way to fix this is to log in as "user@host.com/tb" instead of "user@host.com" and try doing the copy again.
From what you said it sounds very feasable I will check with user and see if she moved messages around in Outlook which would have caused this.
