Outlook Express is simply saying it cannot connect to the given directory service. I don't know how to get more detailed logs.
By the way, I scanned port 389 and it results open but filtered: can anybody confirm that Demo Accounts come with LDAP server running and listening and that configurations for clients listed in
Mail Client LDAP Configuration - Zimbra :: Wiki are the correct ones?
