Default Archive unused account.

Is there a way to archive an email account so that it doesn't have to exists on the server any longer?

For example:
When an employee leaves a company, I would like to remove their email account from the server , but still have an archive of their emails, calendar, tasks, ect for record.

Possible?

Thanks

*bump*

Any responses?

I guess my only option would be to keep the email account active for 6mo-1yr, then delete it.

If you're using NE Pro, you can create a PST file with everything in it.

If not (NE Std or OSS), you can :
. download the mail folders in ZIP format
. export the calendars to ICS files
. export the contacts to CSV files
