Mail Filter not working

I created a new incoming mail filter with five users and any mail they send me still goes to my inbox ...i have tried numerous different ways to fix but only success was making a new filter for one person. Do I need to make a filter for each person? or is there a way for me to make a multiple user mail filter?

correction i cant make single user mail filters now either so what do i do...

You may want to describe the filter(s) you are creating, or post screenshots of the rules.

i have the rules as if ANY of the following conditions are met FROM CONTAINS <email> FILE INTO FOLDER <folder>... i also have both the active and the do not process additional filters checked.

Perhaps you should try putting in <User's Display name> in place of <email> and see what happens.

In otherwords, whatever you see in the FROM column for mail received from the users in question is how I would format the Filter criteria.
